Strengthening green livelihoods and ecological resilience around worksite communities

Helping farmers improve their livelihoods and contribute to carbon sequestration.

Support for watering & fencing facilities, geotagging, and data monitoring to track plant survival

Strengthening community health systems and improving nutritional outcomes

Lupin Limited’s Employee Volunteer Program (EVP) enables its team members to actively participate in community development initiatives around worksites. Volunteers contribute time, skills, and resources across health camps, awareness drives, plantation activities, and community engagement efforts. This program strengthens connections between employees and communities while amplifying the reach and effectiveness of LHWRF’s interventions.
